How you kill a gyceros???

If it's like in MH 1 (I haven't seen their quest yet in MH2), just do the same you do to a Kut Ku but more time, and beware the robbing hit it has. Also, if you are Great Sword user as I've read, you can block it's crystal attack so you don't get stunned. It's easy and fun to kill. Bring antidotes too

I don't know what to say cause Gyp is really really to kill. first time I killed him with less than 20min, and found him easier than kut ku cause he's bigger so he doesn't touch you when you're under him

Actually. the same tactic for Kutku applies for the gypceros. it's Flash(or crystal) attack can be either evaded or blocked. Fret not if you are stunned, simply shake both the direction and attack analoge sticks o get out of dizzy state fast.

If you have problems killing it. try to 1st go for it's legs(not a good strategy for hammer users though) to stumble the birdie then go wild on it's head when you've downed it. you can break it's head to disable it's flash attack as well.

this wyvern is so weak in monster hunter 1.

i guess that its weak in monster hunter 2 too.

Same tactic, not same type. They share similarities to soe extent. that's all.

use pitfall traps and large bomb+ it.

i used dual blades
or use the prominence bow
or anything with fire

use a fire weapon and ur good. but watch out for its robbing attacks. u can dodge its flash by turning around or jumping
