There is no special point of carving on gypseros, I it's more psychological... moreover you can carve it Dos Ioprey, who's really easier to kill

if you can get a higher star oiprey quest you will be able to get poison sacs very often but i would liek to ask you wut class of weapon do you want the poison sacs for let me kno and ill explain something
