| If I had a choice, weapons that have an active skill of it's own! What i mean was a weapon with say, sharpening skill or anything benefical on it's own so that players have a freeer choice for armours and gems. Looking back at my idea, it does seem somewhat overpowered though. | |

Sounds like a very sexy weapon too, you do mean something like a Poison Battle Axe but with white sharpness right?

| I would like something that never loses sharpness even against the best shell. Don't you just hate it when your attack decreases when you are trying to kick big wyvern butt! | |

| Reminds me of one of my desperate fights with the Black Gravios, I was wielding a GS(with Dragon ele) and I forgot to bring sharpenning stones. Figuring I might be able to down him anyway I carry on with the mission and failed it with a broken(red) weapon and Black Gravios staggering, indicating it near death. Damn. | |

| So close. I did that when I pissed aroud with a Rathalos, it killed me pretty quick after my dual swords broke. Who uses dual swords against a wyvern? | |

| I use a bit of all except gunlances which I have no clue with wielding whatsoever. Duals IMO dishes out damage fast, but I hardly try to take on the Rathalos with it because I'm never confident I can roll out to safety from it's charge attacks. I favour the Katana over all and switch to SnS or GS when the fights requires, a need to spam elemental damage also inflluences my weapon choices when I face any monsters. | |

| well actually DS are very good to use against hyper wyverns like rathalos...the only thing you need is confidence and no fear of that u might take damage while attacking, infact i used to be scared of using a GS and now im us SnS and DS lol | |

Tusk tusk, I'm for avoiding the attack no matter what the monster would be, hopefully if I can ever get good enough I'll try to take on a Rath with next to no armour! lol wishful thinking huh!? LOL!
