im trying to make a sword

hey im trying to make a sword but i dont know where to get an unknown skull, where can i get it from???

go to a gathering quest in the forest and hills. Then go the area 5 (the cave). Kill everything in there and then search where there are bones on the floor. should get it. But not always

you can also get this in the Jungle at area 7

yup basicly any where theres a monster nest or pile of bones ( the bones look like sticks though o_o)

isn't unknow skull supposed to be 'rare' Even though it's hardly used.
Off topic but doesn't the obituary armor look great. But it's useless and needs loads of rare bug parts. (helmet looks best)

armour is by choice and prefrence but it is a really good armour it has a high evade boost which makes you invicable to monsters when you roll basicly buy most people use leap of faith if you have high evade boost you can roll and get same results with out throwing your self off and maybe even a lil better

dam i had a you tube video of it saved sum were owell the video link is on this site sumwhere to it shows evades ability other then evade then it just has really kool helmet lol

yeah. You don't need the skill but its better with it.

How does it not work? also, a full naruga set gives you both evade +2 and extends your roll distance..

i deleted my save on mhp2g, until the english patch is released.
by the way kai is so cool, met some really good hunters.
