| The monoblos... or the Daimyo hermituar, in both cases you need to break the horn, brak the hermituar's shell twice for best chances. | |

| Light bow guns are easyer to use, so try using them first by killing a Kut-ku or drome. | |

| The advantages from gunning:
Good mix of elemental shots avaiable allows you to pin wyverns at their specific weakness, with the option to attack from range, you also avoid many close ranged attacks which every monster has. The distance you put between you and the monster also allows you more time to react while you can see what other monsters in the same area might be doing. To top it off, most monsters are less resiliant to shots, so while it appears that guns have lower base attack power, it balances off easily when you hit the right spots.
Light bow guns: the mobility of light bow gunning allows one to position himself for better angles and distance, thus maximising your attack potential. While lacking in the ability to block, rolling becomes one's basic defensive manuveurs. Couple that with skills that enhance rolling such as Roll distance up and evade + makes you less vulnerable, allowing you to clear the daner zones where even the option to block would become moot.
Heavy Bow guns: This big bad boy often pack enough power to make even the fatalis to cringe, the stability of this weapon boosts your shot accurancy over longer distances and allows you the satisfaction of deal death to even airborne wyverns! A Heavy bow gun becomes a tank when you couple it with a shield and guard inc skill, allows you to block death dealing blows which even blademaster armour sets may fail to migitate damage to prevent death.
My take: Gunning has never been as good as in MHP2G, new inclusions of both skills and weapons make Gunners shine as they can not only kill effectively, but allows variaty in styles of play as well. Skills like survival, heroics, potential combined makes a gunner not only survive the killing attacks but also make them come back twice as deadly....if you manage to survive! lol

I like to play weapons to complimnt my friends from time to time. Thee is disadvantages as well to gunning such as low def armours, limited inventory and bullet limit etc. while my friends and I do ok mixing our bullets in battle, the process is taxing when you're still in the area with the monster ..
