| The monoblos is actually strictly offline for MHDOS, you will get a chance at him if you have gotten a charter to go to kokoto village. the village elder gives you the quest. MHF version has it as a standard lineup for urgent quest as I remember. but I may be wrong with the MHF version. | |

| I believe you need to beat at least Rathalos and the ancients dragons nana and Teo before the quest may even appear, but that's MHdos of course and I am not able to fully recount the exact seqence leading to the urgent for monoblos. | |

| Sorry Nshade, I cannot remember anymore and my PS2 is busted, but I know it's a quest you can get in the regular village although only the legendary blacksmith can craft the items for you. | |
