how do you unlock monsters

in the training school how do u unlock monsters?
cause ive killed a tigrex in guild but not elder.

Progessively clearing yonr training school quests would unlock them.

It's been a while since I have unlocked my solo and speacial taining quests in the training school so I may not be right. I would suggest you do a search in Gamefaqs as well to cnfirm that.

To unlock quest for solo trainging you need to kill the monster a number of time(5 I think). As for speacial training you need to compleat the solo training.
Kut-Ku and Concalala gets you Cephdrome
Khezu and Diohurmitor(?) gets you Plecioth(?)
Blangonga and Garuga gets you Rethalos
Tigrex and Diablos gets you Shogun Cenator
Gravious and Kirin gets you Rajang.

When you've done them all you get Fatalis in the guild hall

rajang is so much fun

One of the best stand alone sets in 2G, it's not only resilent versus most elements(save ice), the skill sets are also practical.

i gemmed it for unsheathe critical, no earplugs or evade ruins it

I gem it for resistance to dragon and horn master.
