Tickets of different types are award when you have either cleared specific types of quests or participated in joint missions with friends. Veggie elder tickets are awarded every few guild hall missions you play with friends.

Veggie elder tickets and ticket + depend on the number next to your friends names.
Bronze, silver and gold depend on the friendship level on your guild card.
