Thunder sacs problems

Today I killed 3 Khezus but I did't get any thunder sac... is there another way of geting those sacs?? I need 2 for the reb bubble request

I dont own the game but it could just be bad luck

Well I suppose you got answers else where but here goes.

You have 13% to carve a Thunder sac from a standard khezu, 17% to get one as reward in swamps, 18% in mountains. Capturing a standard Khezu has a 16% chance to get you 2 thunder sacs.

Red khezus has a carve chance of 18%, 17% as reward. Capturing a red Khezu has a 16% chance to get you 3 Thunder sacs.

Well, that's about it.

well the true is I had 3 but I used those in my Katana XDD (a very powerful one I must say XD) but now I need 2 more for the ShipWar red Quest

Practice captures or overkill khezus, I got my sacs from overkilling them kekeke.

I guess after try to kill a Diablos for the fangs, I will overkill khezus XDDDDD

They're really weak against fire, but I would not recommend you go gaga over Gunlances. If you have fire SnS or duals, it's quite easy to kill a khezu, it's tracking him that can piss you off.

I dont have a Duals, because I never get the Kutku ears (but I have 3 kut ku peaks XDD)

Well, I forgot that there isn't much fire element weapons at first. my bad. I'm almost always using my PBA till I had a decent amount of carves from most monsters.

well I finilly get the sacs, I cach a khezu and I get nothing more than ¡¡¡6 THUNDER SACS!! XDD now I only need 1 more dodobrango mustache and I will have the Forest and Hill area ^^

LOL, good for you rockmanx, I remember that you'll need a fire weapon to break the dodobrango's teeth, but heck, just kick his azz!

I get by now 2 dodobrango mustaches without break his teeths xD but I want se him with that part broken so tomorow I use my Fire GS sword. BURN!!! BURN!!!, and after that i will get the forest (the shipward guys is asking for the red quest by now ^^) and the last house upgrade

Cool, if you have a camera, snap a shot of it squriming if you can, I'll love to see him squirm!

Well, I used to farm Khezus for it's parts, thus I quote overkilling!

nope just white blango for you.. he is fun but the mountains are a bit depressing

I only like the mountains for one reason, you fight kirin there. I like fighting kirin more then any other monster.
