in the village quest, I only lack 3 more >

my question is, after I complete this, will the mining pt +2 show up?
I need the carbalite ore and thunder sac, where can I get this?

you have to make more progress in the guild hall to unlock g rank monsters and materials so when you complete the village you an move onto them
