You can get it by mining virtually everywhere in the volcano stage, just make sure you have ample pickaxes... also don't be cheap.. buy a few kinds of pickaxes when you go to the volcano stage. mine as much as you can there, you'll not regret it, pay extra attention to the top 2 sub areas in the volcano stage. you have a chance to acquire firecell stones there.
