XD well, when I did it, it was for games way back on genesis or PS1. Games in which the main character's name was never used in conversation, and the name was merely there to give you the illusion that you has custom control. I would never use "AAAAAAA" for Monster Hunter, especially considering I play WiFi with my 12-year-old brother and he and I are grammar police.

Seriously this game is the only bonding I have with my brother.

Haha, good to see you guys ar having fun, I'm just HR 2 thanks to a friend's help. Believe it or not I've not much for armour or weapons, just twin blades + made from Giaprey parts. I'm trying to get my KIA up but where I could get it working and have an account registered, my WIFI max simply would not recognise my PSP and detect it.

I had a ton of problems getting my WiFi MAX to work, if your PC has multiple USB ports and you install the driver, know that the device will only work in that USB port and no other. Also, it overheats like crazy, I actually dropped mine once because it was so damn hot after playing for 5 straight hours.

is the Mafumofu Armor actually any good upgraded.
Because the first level of it is crap. But if you upgrade it does the defence increase that much

Yep, the defense of the helm alone goes up to 9 from 1, and the mail goes up to 11 I think.

While I would not give it credit on upgraded defense, it does pack pretty neat skills like divine Protection which gives you a chance to reduce damage recieved to a third and the superior Cold resist which not only reduces over all cold related damage, but also eliminates the need to down Heat drinks when you are active in the snow mountains.
Just a side note, basic Kutku armour has 24 def, so unless you really needed the skills the Mafumofu Armour set has to offer upgrading it seems a total waste of resources.

Kut-ku mail (24 def)
Vespoid Tasset (20 def)
Crappy as it is, I already have 24+20+1(base def)=45 def.
Taking in consideration that after you finish up quests in the snow mountains, you'll have little use fo cold Elimination skill, and taht it has -10 of fire resistance which activates extra fire damage on the Mafumofu armour set. I think saving the armour spheres for armours you find later might be a better choice.

in my opinion, i would get the bas armor if u can since its good def plus if u upgrade it, its very high def

I love hunting kut-ku. So that is my most common armour. In MHF I use full kut-ku and a iron katana.

Now I kill Kut Ku with about 4 blows....
