The Rathalos Wing

I've spent many hours on MH1, but one thing that has still been getting to me is how to get a Rathalos Wing. I do know I can get it offline since i have recieved it as a reward item after the mission "Catch a Rathalos". My question is: Is there any other ways to retrieve it, and what are the odds of getting it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
