I am trying to get this weapon for Red Khezu and Idk how to get Basarios Tears and a Rathlain Plate

I think basarios drops them when you suprise him (higher rank)
Rathian plate comes from high rank rathian as well. Try capturing her to get better res

You can only get the tears by killing or captureing basarios G-rank and the plate you can get from any rathian quest, your best chance is gold rathian. You could take a silver ticket and trade it with the elder in the jungle for a plate.

how do i get a silver ticket, and i dont have Gold Rathian yet

normal rathian will give plate as well. I have rath plate and I have access to the same quests as you. Just perservere with the highest ranked rath you can find

so how did u get urs Pyro, i heard that u need to get it from the tail and if u dont get it abandon and repeat

I feel more confident of getting one from tail carves, they made up 70% of my plates. I seldom get plates from gold rathian, I guess the sheer amount of drops that can come from the gold/silver pair has an effect on drops.

Cut the tail off for a plate by carving and a chance in the rewards.

You get silver tickets by incressing your friendship level, and the only way to dp that is hunt with friends. You get a ticket every 25 levels, and it goes in order, bronze -> silver -> gold then repeat.
