I find green plessy and red khezu easy monsters to kill. Plessy just takes a long time.

plesioth if you attack the back of his left leg he can't hit you very easily only the SIDE SLAM -_- (the bane of all hunters) dual blades you dont move when you attack so you can stand there and rip it easily, he'll fall alot too.

mike you're crap. anyways- I am gonna get high grade plugs then khezu is sorted. cos the annoying thing is his scream which I cant always block.

The only armour skill I use with my gun is autotraker and I can kill almost all monsters(the only one I can't kill with a gun is akantor)

I love autotracker. cos when a paint ball runs out on a dying monster you dont know whether he is going to sleep or not

true, even with out I still know where all the monsters are going, since I have killed most of them 50+ times. I just need to kill Rathalos 3 more times for 200 kills XD

Do you try any other weapons? Akantor is probably still easier to kill at range, melee folks die 1st where I play.

I've killed akantor with daul swords 14 times, with help from Potak and Kadaj(a friend)

nice, so oz are you a ranger as well.
I want to be, but I cant shoot solo. in group hunts I can, it just seems in solo that I cant get out of the way, so when it is focused on someone else its easy.
except bows. they are pretty cool

I find gunning easy, I had to do G-ranked quest solo cos my team wouldn't help me.

While I can deal with everything just using a bow, it's fun to play with everything at your disposal, save tail cutting with a bow.. I had quite enough of that already. LOL

I'm still trying to get a good feel for Gunlances and lances though.. they're pretty darn cool if you get your act together.

I can lance. I just find it slow and cumbersome.
My like shooting game characters are normally thin feminie (if not female). cos they give an impression of finesse and ligher weapons. speed etc, sniping especially. So I am a fast wep person rather than GS etc. obviously I wanted my hunter to be a man. call him adam

Well, I cannot say I do not appreciate fast weapons, I favour mobility over power in most cases.
