where can i catch these stupid goldenfish i have tried forever so can people tell me which area you got yours in

Well if this picture works it a resource map.
I personally have found the area 6 to be good for goldenfish. But another player might have some more tips.

in the desert just the underground cave... 6
bring goldenfish bait to keep away pesky rumblefish

Golden fish can only be found in area 6 in the desert.

Goldenfish Bait = Firefly+Snakebee Larva
90% success rate.

Mega Lucky Cat and Ultra Lucky Cat are useful cat skills when fishing for golden fish, it makes them more common.

Bring alot of other bait too, because there in only 5 fish at a time. If a golden fish isn't there then fish out one of the others. It will take time to get them all. If you run out of bait then there is a spot in the cave to pick up some more and there is no end to how much bait you can pick up on that spot.

yeah. I fill up on all of the bait I can, cos I am really bad at fishing.
