Kushal Helmet

I unlocked all the armor parts, with the exception of the Helmet, what I need for unlock it??

The helm uses 1 Khushal horn, 2 carapace(or do you call it plate?) and 1 dragonite ore.

I don't know if it a plate or a shell, I must see the name XP

who I can get the horns? I thinked that I break a lot of time the horns of kushal and I never get one of their horns, maybe i need an elemental weapon here too?

You can break Kushal horn with any weapon and PBA will do the job. Actually the claw are more harder to get than the horn XD

1x old Dragon Blood
15x Kushal Scales
2x Kushal Shells/plates (I don't know)
1x Kushal Webbing
1x Kushal Claw

Also Kushal armor cannot be upgrade in Offline, only Online X(

The def is good till you can make nana/teo armours. Oonazuchi is a pain but the armour is really good.

it's a waste of time to make kushal armor if you want to do teo/nana later (cause teo is the best armor you can make offline: def and skills)

I don't want make an armor of those manticoras, I want use a Dragon armor or a Wyverm armor. it for estetic question no for great powers XD (yes I know i maybe a very extrange player... XD)

You know, teo and nana technically are considered dragon class in MH... lol nevermind. I mostly wear my maid suit because I liked the look... LOL.

about the helmet part i already have it,,, but i have a promblem with the other part.. i still can't get kushal webing (honey like symbol), is this item only available on online quest? because i have kill many kushal but not get it

You need to bust up the wing. I'm not sure if that will work on MH2dos tho, I've never played it.

bust up... i'm thinkin bout it too.. i have try to damage kushal wing.. but still didn't get it.. maybe i should try some more

Ranos is correct on the method to procure Khushal webbings, if you have trouble hitting it's wings there's a few ways you can get about it.

1. Use weapons with longer reach I.E Great swords or Long swords. Gun lances also work well in reaching the wings but it might be a hassle chasing the Khushal around.

2. Use ranged weapons, Guns with Thunder, or plain shots concentrated would be effective. Bows is the lesser choice here due to it's lower base attack values, however sports better survivability as you're quicker on your feet on them.

3.make use of it's weakness. We all know how he Khushal would stumble to it's sides when you hurt it enough on it's snout. measure you strikes and make use of the openings it provide when it re align to face you for a quick hit on it's head! when it's in pain it's time to rip it's wings out!

4. Flashbomb! While limited in all but MH dos, playing on the PS2 means you have not one but 2 options to create flashbombs, thus allowing one to bring even more of em to flush the Khushal out of the air. The time it takes to get on it's feet allows you to place a few hits on it's wings.

I believe others may have their ingeninous approach to getting a khushal to bow down to allow hits on it's wings. Soloing it means you have little oppurtunites to stay on it's side without trading hits, making it espeacially dangerous when you happen to be stuck to the sides. Here i feel chipping at it's head till you get it in pain being the best way to allow hits on it's wings

i think i should change my attack target, and add one more target.... before, my 1st target is tail and then head... now tail, wings and then head

Actually I would suggest you got for it's had 1st an wings when it's down.. when you got both then got for it's tail. reason why I thought ths a better approach is because it's tail would not come off till it's around 40% of it's HPthus going for it's tail early in a fight would prove tedious and not reap you as much damage.

hmm, can i ask one more thing ,, i rarely can get the kushala claw.. is there any way to get it easyly?

the claws are additional rewards om breaking it's wings. Since elder dragon cannot be captured, there's no real way aound this.

still couldn't get it.. have kill over 25 kushala.. but only got it twice
i don't know.. maybe i should kill using heavy bow gun? cos first time i fought kushal i still don't know it weakness.. and i got it at that time
how many times i can broke kushal wing?

I do not know the actual drop rate values in the portable version if you are asking about those but in Dos(monster hunter 2 on PS2) it's got a pretty low drop rate.
