Anyone Interested in Working Together?

The one topic that Rockman made about the concept art reminded me of the manga I wanted to do.. With my current drawing skills I do not know if I ever will make my dream come true. I thought however, if I could joint with an artist, maybe together we could make this vision a reality.

So basically I was wondering if someone would like to be the artist for this. I would write the scripts, you would draw them out, and we would both get the credit for the work. Who knows, we could possibly become as big as such webcomics as Megatokyo and Penny Arcade.
