Probably but no, there's so many weapon! I'll give you one way to identify the monster elemental weakness, look at the armour elemental weakness, it'll be that or they are not weak inparticuler to elements. BTW, I can make the Khezu fall over with a single wyvern fire from a gunlance. Fire katana also makes short work of it.. not poison.

Dude, every weapon with proper application can reap pretty good rewards.. and render equally satisfying results. Don'y diss it just because you don't use t well.

Kutku parts make a decent fire bow, it's spread shot at 3rd charge if I remember correct. the thunder bow you can make from parts of bugs require thunder bug juice at the later upgrade so it's pretty weak. You can make a water based bow with Hermituar parts. it's got a moderate elemental attack. the last charge is rapid(shoots arrows in a row). Blangongo part can get you a ice bow. The later bows you can make from Rathian part, Akamu part are the best of the lot. Fatalis has a bow but on top of being unable to include power coating.. it's shape blocks your vision and make's it hard to use.

I'm guessing you can make the Kutku bow already, it's pretty good and you can work on a few monsters with it. The power bows and wild bows are not as good because they lack elements and that can really reduce the power of the bow.
