I suppose you are refering to a "Star metal" reward which you get i small quantities from villagers when you clear their requests. It's a material that is used to make some equipment. Not as rare as some of the stuff you need to carve from certain monsters but over all pretty useful for a reward. Note that you can exchange 99 of this "Star Metal" with the elder in all stages for a "High speed spit". a Sped up spit that cooks meat in a real short time.

if the equipament is good or cool (for examen an armour or a cool Sword) I guest I will use it for the equipament, thanks again

yea the star metal thingy is used only on some end lvl eq and even so it dont require much quantities of em.
sidenote: hey i see tis rockmanx guy was vry active on the forums (i see him at almost all the posts >.<) at one time but has vanished from the forums now?
