also... i have just completed the first 4 lvl elder quests(including carrying ones) and im doing the "handle with care" quest, but one problem, i cant find the powderstone and i have..... one..... sinking....feeling, im thinking you have to kill the gravios to get the powderstone *shudders* i have killed one before but... im using weak armor for the backpacking skill

I thought powerdstone needed to be mined

You pick it up from zone 8, top of the volcano.

I take it that powderstone is a carry, cos I really hate those

That was the only proper down to F1 was that there were so many egg and carry quests.

I hated thos quest.

yeah, the velociprey were the most annoying cos they have massive jumps which always get you.

sorry i havent been posting lately, i have been absolutly working my head off trying to get 99 iron ore... i need it for a hammer called earthshaker, it was worth it... i have now completed all elder quests(including urgent) i soloed 4 horns, duel kirin, this hammer is so cool, but the best part was... I FINISHED "WYVERNS OF LAND AND SKY"!!!!!!!! WITH THIS HAMMER, i never used to like hammers because they were slow but now i have mastered them,(kills a rathalos in 2 mins), i have been trying to get the onslaught hammer, thats why i have the earthshaker, i have 2 pure crystals, 2 joiner grasshoppers, and 2 dragonite ore(i just made proto-type saw slicer)...

i didnt have time to do it at the moment my psp ran out of power but i did it...

started in area 3, and flashed it, it ran back to nest and with that i finished it.... not very long but it was brief

its funny how weak ian and los are to hammers + flashes

Impack type weapons work best on scaled monsters(kut-ku, los and ian, you get the picture), when others work bast on non scaled monsters(khezu, kirin, congalala and blangonga). <--I remember that from some where but I can't remember where.

i always use hammer for los, ian, lao, kirin, kut ku, fatalis and.... kelbi?

the hammer i use now is the onslaught hammer (i finally got it pyro )

That's a good hamma. I like guns and dual swords most, I have 13 dual swords now and two of them are both versions of the anchant(?) dual swords.
