What is a commendation?

I need this thing called a commendation, but I don't have a clue what the hell it is.
Please help me!

Commendation is a type of ticket when u complete a quest in the 5 star or higher quest.
For once do the Powderstone and you can get one from that...
Or the longer and funner way is to kill Lao, you also can get it from that...
I would help more but I'm busy getting ready for State Championship...

I like getting those tickets, like in the guild, if you become a good freind with a hunter you get veggie elder tickets... i still havnbt used them...

Do you know what you have to do with them?

To get veggie elder tickets and ticket +, you need to get your friendship level up. But it only counts for for the number next to the names of your friends.

Ticket Bronze, Silver and Gold, you can only get these when the friendship level on your guild card reaches every 25, it will also go in order. So if you get a Gold, you will get a Bronze the next time round. And if you get a Bronze, the next time round you'll get a Silver. Well I think you get the picture now.

I have one friend but we havent done many hunts, but if I do this xlink thing I will hopefully hunt loads.

*sigh* 2 things...

1. where can you get xlink
2. do you have to pay? if so... how much(and if its monthly stuff it)

I dont have a clue how to sign up or to get it.
I think (from impressions) that you buy some weird USB router (cheapish) and then you can sign up (for free I think) to x-link.
Then hunt worldwide.
JG will know so I plan to ask him closer to the time of getting it (after my b-day)

It's more or less random, I suspect it has something to do with the lvl of quests you do with your friends, I have not really seen much of bronze elder tickets for a long time.

you know how to collect them?

I forgot which person gives them to you in MHF1, but in MHF2, MHP2(G) The dragon sister in the guildhall gives them to you after every few quests you o with friends.. in mhp2G there's alot of tickets so I rarely keep track.

on mhf1 the old man on the counter gives you them

Well I guess you only need to get down and do tons of quests with friends.

better than mine. (dunno what it is),
I have only done like 3 friend hunts

Your guild card needs to have a gold background to get gold tickets, same with freedom 2. You get the tickets in order Bronze>Silver>Gold>Bronze and so on.
