Try using a Sleep element SnS on the Rajang, bring all the bombs and materials you can muster and you can bomb it the oblivion!

i do have that erm fin sword of some kind with sleep attribute i assume you mean this and not the teddy bear lol the sounds it makes are great

the only attribute weapon I have is the poison battleaxe.

maybe you should invest in some more fire and electric weapons always come in handy

Jg is right, earlier on you probably need not make weapon hat deal elemental damage as most monsters come with moderate HP and normal toughness for their hides.. As you work on G rank quests, even killing a Kutku can be a chore, espeacially so if your weapons are not upgraded or if you're dealing say with the plesioth in a G ranked quest and you did not have hard hitting elements when you do not use a GS or Gunlance for damage.

some monsters are weak to it some are not but every dragon is weak to it

Most Dragons save the gold and silver pair are actually afraid of dragon element, the gold rathian and silver rathalos are weaker to lightning. Kutku etc are not dragons... if you want to be sure, check the armour ets you can mke to get a rough idea of each monster's wakness, if the armour is weak to XXX element. the monster is weak to the same element.

As in recieves more damage.

siiince you guys are on the subject of dragon element. I made fire dragon sword the other day cuz i wanna kill teo X_X\ killed loa- shaun like 6 times to get it T.T
and i need teo horns to up the sword. Flash bombs suck on him cuz he goes crazy so ill probly just use shock traps to attack n break horns any tips ?




PS. dont u need to fight him 3 times befor u can kill isnt that the elder dragon rule?

Flash bombs are to give you the time to eat or sharpen, I'm not sure bringin shock traps would help sinc Teo's immune to traps.
Tip? aim for thr head aim for the head! lol.
ope, there is not such rules as to fight 3 times to defeat.. I beat kushal in my 1st encounter with it in MHF2.

no see i looked on some sites and i have same problem first time i fought the dora i won but it fled =/ and ive faced it 5 times since it always flees i use devil slicer and firte dragon katana both elements hes weak 2

Tha's because, you didn't deal enough damage to kill it. Note that while you may have "won" that battle, yodo not actually get that kill. You should try to aim for it's head as much as yo can or make a dragon element weapon to up your damage.

I was looking around in a shopping mall when I spotted a very nice game demo(MHdos). I and a none gamer friend stayed there for a bit to watch the whole demo and we decided to buy the game. At 1dt, te game seemed difficult and as it's almost completely japanese in game reference, w did not really know what's what. since the friend that shared the game wit me is not really a gamer, he decided I should own the title instead. it all started from there.
