Wht Velociprey scales

I need wht velociprey scales to upgrade my great sword, but I can only get wht velociprey scale pieces. How the hell do I get full scales?

hmm... odd i always get full wht veloci scales when i kill them...just keep trying i guess

i have a sneaking suspicion that it may have been those G rank mission sorts of drops.

Maybe it's because I am using a great sword. But that doesn't really seem right.
I am just replaying the 'slay 10 white velociprey' mission. That could be why.
I don't know, i'll experiment.

White Velociprey Scales are only can be obtain in G-Class rank missions. This can be achieved by killin Garuga 7 times or more to unlock "The Revenge of Garuga" or something like that. And at that time there wouuld be White Velocipreys there to kill and carve to recieve the Scales, and to have it when mission is finished is to try to damage garuga big time or kill it or die 3 times on purpose.

u neva get full white velociprey scales unless uur in G-Class mission...

What ive noticed is that the garuga in MHF1 is a lot harder than in MHF2... am i right?

Well.... I think you are right, I dont have mhf2 but my friend does and he has killed a garuga on mhf1 and he uses same equipment for mhf2 but he cant do it

ps:He took a massive fit when he died against a velocidrome first time (lol he got his bear (teddy bear) and tore its arms off....oh the humor)

Freedom 1 Garuga is stronger the F2's Garuga. but the same methords(?) can still be used to kill him. I use the Empra Lao Shan Lung Cannon and I also used the same bullets. The armour I use how ever has changed, due to skills and defence points.
