Vespoids - how do you carve them?

Im using the Sword Katana, and it seems I destroy them, what weapon must be use instead?

Try to use a lower attack power weapon ... such as a set of sword and shield. Poison sword(Poison battle axe, princess rapier) is a plus. You can also use poison bombs on vespoids and hornatuers to kill them with their carcesses intact.

go make a few bone weapons and upgrade them abit. the line would extend to options for the poison battle ax or poisn base weapon.

how about using the dagger instead? would that be effective as well?

and what particular bone to start with, because im interested in making the Vespoid set armour.

it might be low using a weapon. alone. also I'm reccomending poison bomb over using weapons. poison mushroom and bomb matrial to make.
